What is a Google Business Profile?

It is the box with your business that shows up on Google Search and Google Maps: your hours, photos, reviews, phone number and directions. For most local searches, it is the first thing a customer sees.

Can you guarantee the top spot on Google?

No, and nobody honest can. Google decides who shows up first. We do the work Google looks at, every month, and show you what changed in a short report.

How soon will I get more calls?

Local search builds over time. Some fixes show up within weeks; most of the climb comes over a few months of steady work. Your monthly report shows what is moving.

Do you buy or write reviews?

Never. Fake reviews break Google’s rules and can get a profile suspended. We make it easy for your real customers to leave one, and we help you answer every review.

I already have a profile. Do I lose it?
